I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and it was perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and the overall experience was great.

The only thing I missed was a business center or a quiet space where I could work on my laptop.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Trondheim's commercial district, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The breakfast buffet offers organic, gluten- and lactose-free options. The oldest pub in Trondheim, Kieglekroa, is a fun place to have a drink and play shuffleboard.

Who needs options and control? The hotel's mysterious shutters randomly decide when to block out the light.

I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Prinsen for a week during my business trip. The breakfast provided was top-notch with a plentiful selection. Despite being located downtown, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Convenient parking was available inside the hotel for a fee. The rooms were very comfortable, offering great views and sufficient additional space.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was fantastic! Room was lovely, with very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient, right in the centre of the town.

Wardrobe and shelf space was extremely limited, but this we found to be the case in all the hotels we stayed at in Norway.It would have been nice to have had an English language channel on the TV.Ground coffee would've been nice at breakfast, as they only offered filter.
